Save Big with 3-2-1!

Have you always wanted to buy a brand-new home, but thought you couldn't afford it? Think again! Starting this month, the West Virginia Housing Development Fund's 3-2-1 Program will allow you to save big when purchasinga newly-built home.

The fund will "buy-down" your interest rate for the first three years, saving you more than $12,000 over the life of your loan.* The program lowers your interest rate by 3% for the first year, 2% for the second year and 1% for the third year of your loan.

The program will only be available for as few as 200 home purchases statewide, so you must act now to take advantage of the savings.
